Laminated Rolls and Pouches
Laminates create a layer of insulation that protect products when packed. Good packaging ensures that the quality of the product inside is intact and preserved. Various types of packaging materials are used to formulate the laminate structure to meet the unique requirements of your product. Laminates are first manufactured with rotogravure printing machines, and any substrate ranging from PET, BOPP, Paper, etc can be used. These can be transparent, translucent or opaque depending on the requirement. These are then laminated using solvent less or solvent base lamination with various materials like PE, CPP HS, BOPP HS, PET HS, Aluminium Foil, Metallised PET/BOPP/CPP etc. We supply rolls of width range 60 mm - 1250 mm with core of 3" or 6". Preformed pouches of center seal, side seal, off-center seal, gusset, handle cut, hanger cut, stand-up zipper pouch, etc. are also available for manual packing.
