We recently hosted our Quality Control Circle (QCC) Project Award Distribution Ceremony, recognizing the incredible efforts and problem-solving initiatives of our teams across departments.
After months of dedication, analysis, and teamwork, four outstanding teams were honoured for their exemplary QCC projects:
1st Place: Team Sadhana (Store)
2nd Place: Team Pragati 2.0 (Blownfilm)
3rd Place (Joint Winners): Team Darpan (Slitting) & Team Pioneer (HR)
Each team showcased creativity, collaboration, and commitment to improving workplace efficiency and quality standards — truly embodying the QCC spirit!
We were deeply honoured to have Shri K. Somanathan Sir as our Guest of Honour, who shared inspiring insights and motivated all participants to continue their journey of innovation and excellence.
