Team Manjushree carries out charity drive at Bamunimaidam Railway Colony

Team Manjushree partnered with the Guwahati chapter of Hare Krishna Movement to conduct a charity drive in Bamunimaidam Railway Colony. Hare Krishna Movement is an initiative by the devotees ISKCON.

Willing team members from across our units donated their used clothes. A contingent led by the female directors of the organization then visited the Railway Colony in Bamunimaidam, Guwahati alongwith volunteers from the Hare Krishna Movement and distributed them to about two hundred people.

They were served lunch as well. The lunch was purchased from The Akshay Patra Foundation, the world's largest NGO and non-profit Mid-Day Meal Programme engaged in serving nutritious food to over 14,000 schools across 12 states in India.
