A great thing about Team Manjushree is that there is no hierarchy when it comes to doing work. There is uniformity and everyone is treated the same. This brings a sense of inclusiveness even amongst junior employees, and this perhaps is the reason for the development of the employee, as well as the company.

मैंने मंजुश्री एक फ्रेशर के तौर पर ज्वाइन किया, यहीं मैंने सब कुछ सीखा, और यहीं से रिटायरमेन्ट लूँगा. यहाँ टॉप मैनेजमेंट एक बड़ी सोच रखती है और खुद हार्ड वर्क का एक बड़ा उदाहरण है. इसी वजह से शायद ये कंपनी आज इस मुकाम तक पहुंची है, और मुझे यकीन है और मैं तहे दिल से प्रार्थना करता हूँ की आने वाले दिनों में और भी आगे जाएगी.

यहाँ सब सही मान्य में सारे एमप्लोयीज़् को परिवार समझतें हैं. मुझे कभी भी एक एमप्लोयी के तरह नहीं ट्रीट किया और न ही मैंने कभी इसे एक सर्विस समझा. मुझे आज भी वह दिन याद है जब हमारे डायरेक्टर नेशनल अवार्ड ले कर ऑफिस आये थे, ऐसा लग रहा था मेरे परिवार में किसीने कुछ जीता था.

Manjushree has always provided a very homely environment for everyone, and there is a great knowledge-sharing and training culture in existence here. Even I was from the steel industry, but the directors would personally sit with me in my initial days to teach me about this line of business.

The workforce feels like a family. I can recall incidents when the directors would personally come even at midnight to tend to personal emergencies of the employees. Not much has changed even as the company has grown in size and stature. Vishwakarma Puja celebrations and the annual picnics are events which we all look forward to as a Team.

Another great thing about Manjushree is that top management pays special emphasis to all compliance matters, not just in letter but also in spirit.

When you work for an organization for three decades, you literally give your life to that organization. Having been associated with Manjushree for such a long duration of time, having been through its ups and downs, and having seen it grow despite many obstacles and setbacks; I can say that I have no regrets.

I am glad at the opportunity provided to me to share my experiences about my work and team. I've been working here since 2000 and I cherish the relationship I enjoy with my management and the rest of the team. The work culture here is very good and people treat any work as if it is their own.

The focus here is always on designing the best products and providing the best services, so that the customer is always satisfied. Special emphasis is paid to things like talking and dealing with customers, explaining things to him, and taking their feedback so that we continually get better in whatever we do.

We always like to refer to ourselves as "Team Manjushree". Any organization's culture consists of the values, beliefs, attitude, and behavior that employees share and use on a daily basis in their work, and I'm proud to say that Team Manjushree is doing very well in this department. We are like a family. Each and every employee is very helpful & co-operative. Everyone from juniors to seniors works together like a team, in the true sense of the word.

I, Sandip Das, have been associated with Team Manjushree for more than nine years, and I have learnt a lot of things here, which has helped me progress in my career. I thank Team Manjushree for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this organization.

In a nutshell, my time spent at Manjushree can be summarized in two phrases, "practical lean" and "resource balancing".

It has been very good experience working with team Manjushree during my entire career.
